This full-service event delivery transformed a simple brief into a fully immersive Alice in Wonderland themed event for 350 guests. Designed to captivate from arrival to finale, the experience featured professional actors and actresses portraying iconic characters, immersive theming throughout the venue, and a bespoke signature cocktail titled “Down the Rabbit Hole”. Pro Event Solutions delivered every element of the event in-house, including stylish bars, high quality catering, DJs, live bands and complete event production. This sound, lighting and AV support project saw Pro Event Solutions successfully deliver a high impact production for the Ultimate Tennis Showdown London Finals at the Copper Box Arena.
